Toyota's Newest CUV, the C-HR at Stevinson Toyota West

The 2018 Toyota C-HR is the first of its kind, combining striking style with intuitive interior space and driving pleasure every time you turn the wheel.

Coupe High-Rider

The C-HR has a certain sportiness to it that was inspired by Deputy Chief Engineer, Hiro Koba, a die-hard racer. He sought to ensure that the C-HR exhilarated its drivers anytime, anywhere, including around the famed Nürburgring circuit where vehicle development was chiefly executed. Like its uncanny looks, the C-HR’s blend of comfort, control, consistency, and responsiveness is extraordinarily impressive for the competitive paradigm it aims to shift.

Smaller and sleeker than one would imagine, the Toyota C-HR (or Coupe High-Rider to all who have been wondering what C-HR means) stacks up to 5.13 feet tall, 5.89 feet wide and 14.3 feet long, compared to the RAV4, which is  5.6 feet tall with roof rails. This doesn't compromise any interior space, though. The backseat has plenty of leg room and head room,  and the C-HR's rear hatch opens up to reveal a large cargo space. Standard  60/40 split rear seats allow you to carry more than ever before.

C-HR XLE & C-HR XLE Premium

The Toyota C-HR comes in two trim levels, the C-HR XLE and the C-HR XLE Premium. Click here to check out what amenities come standard in the XLE model. The premium trim level comes with...
  • Integrated fog lights,
  • An outside hatchback door handle with touch-sensor lock/unlock feature,
  • Color-keyed power outside mirrors with turn signal and blind spot warning indicators, puddle lights with "Toyota C-HR" projection, and auto-folding feature
  • Red rear bumper garnish
  • Sport fabric-trimmed heated front bucket seats; 8-way adjustable driver's seat with sport bolsters and power lumbar support; 6-way adjustable front passenger seat with sport bolsters
  • Smart Key System on front doors with Push Button Start, remote keyless entry system with lock, unlock and panic functions, and remote illuminated entry
  • Blind Spot Monitor and Rear Cross-Traffic Alert

“The all-new C-HR is truly unlike any vehicle Toyota has ever launched,” said Ed Laukes, group vice president, marketing, Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A.

“One of our main objectives was to spark interest and enthusiasm in a creative campaign equally as captivating as the vehicle itself.”

Toyota Safety Sense

Toyota Safety Sense with Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection, Lane Departure Alert with Steering Assist, Automatic High Beams and Full-Speed Range Dynamic Radar Cruise Control comes standard in both models, ensuring that you and your passengers are safe and protected.

The Toyota C-HR has a front-wheel drive drivetrain and a 2.0-Liter 4-Cylinder DOHC 16-Valve with Valvematic. It gets 27 mpg city and 31 mpg highway, making it your perfect daily ride. To view more specs on the Toyota C-HR, click here

  1. The Toyota C-HR isn't cheap, but the car is designed with human engineering in mind, such as a distinctive rear door handle
